Official Studies: Inconsistent, Incompetent and Incoherent
In September 2007, the FCC released ten official studies of media ownership supporting the agency's intention to relax media ownership limits. StopBigMedia.com research partners the Consumer Federation of America, Consumers Union and Free Press thoroughly analyzed these ten studies.
Through the course of over 300 pages, we show how the FCC's research is "deeply flawed in fundamental ways." This report was submitted to the FCC on Octber 22, 2007.
